had therapy today at 1. then at 2:15 went to subway and had lunch. then went to the gym at 3 and left at 5.
it feels so good to work out. plus being on the treadmill goes so much faster when you have a tv in front of you lol

getting on a normal sleeping schedule is a bitch
i’ve taken 150mg trazodone, 2 mg klonopin and 20mg valium. and now i just feel sick.

horrible yesterday..amazing today
